How long does a typical project take from order to delivery?
Lead times vary by scope, finish, and specification. Most full-home residential projects ship within 6 to 10 weeks of approved drawings. Commercial and multi-unit timelines are confirmed during the planning stage.
Do you offer custom sizes, finishes, and door styles?
Yes. Every order is built to specification. We support custom dimensions, a wide selection of door profiles, and finishes including lacquer, matte, melamine, veneer, and solid wood.
What is included in the warranty?
Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects in cabinet box construction and hardware function under normal residential use. Finishes are covered against manufacturing defects per the finish-specific terms.
Can I work directly with ABBS or only through a dealer?
We work with architects, designers, builders, dealers, and direct clients. Visit our Contact page or apply through the Trade & Dealer Program for project-specific support.
How should I care for matte or lacquer cabinet finishes?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, and ammonia-based products. Request our full Care & Maintenance Guide for finish-specific instructions.
